How do I guarantee a villa reservation?
For luxury property rentals of less than one month (under 30 days), the required booking deposit is 50% of the total rental price.
For luxury property rentals of more than one month (over 31 days), the required booking deposit is 20% of the monthly rental price.
A luxury rental property reservation is only considered confirmed and effective once the required booking deposit has been received in our bank account. Until the payment has been received, the property cannot be considered officially reserved.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, as four hours are required to clean the houses. However, since some larger houses require more time, specific details will be provided in your booking confirmation. If you require flexibility regarding these times (early check-in or late check-out), please contact us in advance to check availability.
Are parties or events allowed on the properties?
Our houses, country estates, and castles are ideal for sophisticated vacations and exclusive getaways that guarantee maximum privacy. However, any event, celebration, or special photo shoot requires prior consultation and authorization, as these are strictly prohibited at many of the villas. Quiet hours in Spain are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Are pets allowed?
Pet policies vary depending on the luxury villa or holiday rental property selected. However, the vast majority of our properties are pet-friendly and welcome pets, allowing you to enjoy your luxury holiday with your four-legged companions.
