Payment terms

When will I be charged for the reservation? will charge you half the rental amount and the deposit on your reservation. As this is a family business, the account number or payment method for each home will be provided to you in your email. The phone number and name of the owner are also provided.


Each property on requires a different reservation amount depending on the property being rented. Money that will be returned to you upon departure from the house you rent.

Bonds are only used to repair what the client has damaged or broken and not for any other type of cause.

However, everything that is damaged and may be included in the house insurance, the owner will be responsible.

By booking a flat or apartment, the guest accepts the following rental terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as failure to comply could result in your eviction without any refund. PLEASE NOTE: These rental terms and conditions are subject to change when necessary.

Presentation on the site of rental objects:

1.1. casaluxo helps owners care for and rent their properties to Guests for a period of 3 days to 1 year. The rental properties available are: Apartments, Apartments, Studios or Villas. The object of the rental is the entire property, whether it is an apartment, a flat, a studio or a villa. Each property belongs to different owners; Therefore, it is not possible to rent two different properties on the same reservation.

1.2. Each property, whether a house, flat, apartment or studio is as presented on the site. casalujo has made every effort to guarantee the veracity of the information contained on its website at the time of publication. There may be changes to furniture and equipment, which will be updated on site as soon as possible. We are happy to answer any questions the Guest may have on this matter that are not clear enough.

1.3. As a matter of principle, it is not possible to show rental properties in advance, as they may be occupied or the keys may not be available. There are photos on the site as well as detailed information and we are happy to answer any of your questions about the rental property.

2.Limitations of liability

casalujo makes all reasonable efforts to provide safety advice and information. This information can be found on the website, emails and at rental properties.

    It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that they have read and understood the content and advice given. is willing to provide any additional information related to the Property as long as the Guest has first read all documents sent. Furthermore, states the following:

    2.1. is not responsible for failures in equipment and/or services in the rented home. In the event of equipment breakdown, the Guest must notify within 1 business day so that can, if possible, correct the fault.

    2.2. is not responsible for the loss or theft of the Property Guest’s personal property during the Rental Period. provides information and advice on procedures sent by mail solely as advice, without guarantee or promise of security, even where the guest makes use of the advice given.

    In the event that the Guest’s property is stolen or lost, the Guest must notify and they in turn will notify the corresponding authority. does not accept any responsibility for personal loss or injury to the Guest during the Rental Period.

      Guest must ensure they have adequate insurance coverage. provides information and advice on final paperwork to the Guest on an advisory basis only, without warranty or implied promise.

      2.4. is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any agent. These include, but are not limited to, airlines, car rental companies, travel agents, ticket agencies, homeowners or utility providers.

      2.5. is not responsible for acts of violence, nature, fire, flood, war, civil disobedience, riots or other causes of force majeure that may have a deleterious effect on the Guest. In the event of such force majeure, will try to assist the Guest whenever possible to do so.


      All payments will be made to or Owners by bank transfer, Paypal or cash only. Checks are not accepted.

      4.Reservation and cancellation:

      1. 1. To secure a rental house, the Guest must make a reservation:

      For rentals of less than one month (<30 days):

      50% of the total rental value.

      For rentals of more than one month (more than 31 days): 20% of one month’s rent.

      A reservation for a rental property is only effective once the reservation amount has been credited to our bank account.

      1. 2. If the client needs to cancel a reservation

      The customer must send an email or fax. The shipping date will be used to calculate your refund.

      3. The cancellation rules are:

      If it is canceled one month after the reservation and it is more than 120 days prior to arrival, only 100 euros will be charged as administrative expenses.

      Before 90 days of arrival: reservation refunded 50%.

      30 days or less before arrival: 30% will be refunded.
