It has new mattresses and kitchen utensils, and is fully equipped.
The gardens of the house harmonize with the picturesque landscape of small coves and lush mountains full of vegetation.
It has a huge garden of more than 1000 m2 full of fruit trees where guests can enjoy organic fruit picked directly from the trees.
The house is equipped with a fantastic 14-meter pool with an integrated jacuzzi and spa area, barbecue, a porch with an outdoor table and a terrace with a solarium. In the winter season the pool is heated.
Each room is decorated in a different style, many of them have their own bathroom and a couple of them have panoramic bathtubs where you can relax while watching the sea.
The house is perfectly designed for stays with children, the property has a fence that completely surrounds it so children can play in the garden without having to worry, we have online TV systems with cartoons, a huge expanse of grass where they can play, a hobbit house and upon request it is possible to install a safety net in the infinity pool to make it safe for children.
The house also has a private cinema room and lounge bed with views of the sea and the garden.
The location of the villa is ideal, very close to the beach in a quiet area, yet just 15 minutes walk away there are supermarkets and all the nightlife options of LLoret de Mar.
A short distance away (6 km) is the beautiful medieval town of Tossa de Mar.
The services of the urbanization, which include a large swimming pool, tennis court, etc., are available to guests who want to use them.
Towels and bed linen are supplied. There is a high-speed Internet connection.
