The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms (room with 1 French bed 150 cm, length 200cm and 2 bedrooms, each room with 2 beds 90 cm, length 190 cm), 2 complete bathrooms (Bath/WC, shower/WC, double sink), living room, dining room, full kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic plates, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee maker). Air conditioning, forced air heat in all bedrooms and living room. Exit to a terrace with views and a table for 12 people.
Low level
The ground floor (access by external staircase) has 3 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). On this floor there are 2 bathrooms (shower/WC en suite and shower/WC, double sink).
Full kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, toaster, freezer, electric coffee maker).
Air conditioning, forced air heat in all bedrooms and living room.
The outside
The exterior of the house has a covered patio with ping pong table/table for 12. Pétanque field. Terrace furniture, Argentine barbecue, sun loungers (8). Views of the pool, garden, countryside and sea.
