Air conditioning, forced air heat in all bedrooms and living room. Exit to a terrace with views and a table for 12 people.

The ground floor (access by external staircase) has 3 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). On this floor there are 2 bathrooms (shower/WC en suite and shower/WC, double sink).
