Luxury villa in Tossa de Mar in first line with swimming pool. Located in a private urbanization with a big private beach with a restaurant and cafe. The best views of the sea close to the small village Tossa de Mar, the house offers great peaceful experience in the middle of the nature. The pool has a water heater. For every 2C° degrees requested starting at 26C° will be charged an extra amount of 30 euros during May - October. The medieval town of Tossa de Mar 3 km, 30 minutes from Girona airport and 50 min from Barcelona.
