The Villa is located in the prestigious area of Santa María de Llorell. The Villa has 280 m2 on an area of 1000 m2. If you are looking for privacy, peace and an unforgettable vacation, this is an ideal place for you. The house is designed in a traditional Mediterranean style. You also have the possibility of enjoying the sun in a large private garden of the house. The lawn is protected from the outside by bushes and is a good place for example to play with children. It consists of 1 Suite, and 3 double rooms with incredible views of the sea. Living room with AACC, fireplace and sea views. Dining room and fully equipped kitchen, terraces with barbecue, dining rooms, sofas and sea views, Garden with games for children. Private Salt Water Pool. Fiber Optic Internet and Smart TV. Other notable aspects - Only families or age groups from 30 years are accepted. The Villa is 30 minutes from Girona airport, 50 minutes from Barcelona.
