Beautiful Mediterranean villa facing the sea, has eight bedrooms, four bathrooms and an area of 440 m2, with a huge garden of more than 2500 m2 where you can relax and enjoy a peaceful vacation. It is the perfect place for a family vacation, there are numerous playgrounds, swings and even a little house for children! The rooms are spacious and exterior, each with its own style and decoration, one with a fireplace, perfect for a romantic evening. It has an interior kitchen and exterior kitchen fully equipped with all kinds of utensils, as well as an additional kitchen on the first floor, breakfast in bed has never been so easy! The leisure possibilities are varied, it has a private pool, heated jacuzzi all year round, panoramic outdoor bathtub, home, large TV, wood and gas barbecues and a private movie theater, at the guests disposal there are services of online and satellite television, as well as high speed internet. Two minutes from the beach, surrounded by other great vilas, tranquility and peace are guaranteed, but at the same time it is close to the center of town, which can be reached in a walk of about 15 minutes, the contrast between the greens of the pines and the blue of the sea makes you feel in a magical place. Located in the heart of the Costa Brava, one of the most wonderful areas of Spain, full of sites with cultural interest, great high-level restaurants and a thousand activities to do.
