Air conditioning, forced air heating in all bedrooms and living room. Exit to terrace with views and table for 12 people.

The ground floor (access by external staircase) has 3 bedrooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). On this floor there are 2 bathrooms (shower/WC en suite and shower/WC with double sink).
Full kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, toaster, freezer, electric coffee maker).

The exterior of the house has a covered patio with ping pong table/table for 12 people. Pétanque field. Terrace furniture, Argentine barbecue, sun loungers (8). Views of the pool, garden, countryside and sea.
