The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms (room with 1 double bed of 150 cm, 200 cm in length and 2 bedrooms, each room with 2 beds of 90 cm, 190 cm in length), 2 complete bathrooms (bathtub /WC, shower/WC, double sink), living room, dining room, full kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee maker). Air conditioning, forced air heating in all bedrooms and living room. Exit to terrace with views and table for 12 people.
Ground floor
The ground floor (access by external staircase) has 3 bedrooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). On this floor there are 2 bathrooms (shower/WC en suite and shower/WC with double sink).
Full kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, toaster, freezer, electric coffee maker).
Air conditioning, forced air heating in all bedrooms and living room.
The exterior
The exterior of the house has a covered patio with ping pong table/table for 12 people. Pétanque field. Terrace furniture, Argentine barbecue, sun loungers (8). Views of the pool, garden, countryside and sea.
Totally Private
Beautiful garden to relax, fenced angular pool (8 x 4 m) with internal staircase.
Facilities: washing machine, iron, high chair, cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Note: Digital TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO etc. with customer account.
It is fully equipped with bedding, towels and kitchen utensils.
Urb Mas Pere 3 km from Calonge. The house is located in a sunny residential area (villas), quiet and traffic area, 6 km from the sea. Rough access of 1.9 km to the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, sandy beach “Sant Antoni de Calonge” 6 km. Yacht port 9 km, golf course 9 km, stable 13 km. Nearby attractions: Aquadiver water park 6 km
